“Dhow Cruise : Due to choppy seas, our prebooked Daymaniat day trip was cancelled so We undertook the Dhow cruise which turned out to be a bad idea. The seas were very rough & barring a few, nearly all passengers experienced sea sickness. Though there wasn’t much to “see” except a few landmarks from a distance, on calm waters this could have been a good evening activity. So it’s better to check the conditions personally before booking & not rely on the judgement of the dhow operators. Also , it becomes quite chilly so better to come prepared with a jacket.
