“The trip was OK overall. We have used other Khasab dhow cruise providers previously and this one felt a bit disappointing in comparison. - Despite advance communication, nobody met us at the harbor. Chaotic experience running around in the heat with young children, to locate our boat. - We left at 10:45 instead of 10:00 even though the organizers assured us we were departing at 10:00. No communication on delay reason, expected revised departure. It turned out a group of people were late. - We came back at 17:00, not 16:00. I guess to make up for the lost time on departure, but again no communication that this was going…”
